A13. The following is an indication of mid- to high-quality, inn keepers licensing compatible (short term rental) construction costs in Niseko provided by NisekoRDC. These prices are intended as a general guide-only:
- Timber Construction -- 660,000-700,000 yen p/tsubo
- Steel Construction -- 700,000-750,000 yen p/tsubo
- Concrete construction 800,000-850,000 yen p/tsubo
In addition to these costs, GST taxes, utilities connection, furniture, property registration and landscaping.
