Q3. Is all land in the Niseko area freehold title and does leasehold title exist?

A3. Almost all of the land in Niseko is freehold title. A small amount of land in Annupuri Resort right below the lifts is leasehold title and managed by the Chuo Bus Company, the term is 30 years renewable.
